I think this place is good overall: prices a little high but you usually get a free drink and a smile. The quality is better than the fish and chip shop and they at least have hot fryers so the chips are crispy on the outside. The current owners don't deserve any of the 1 star reviews in my eyes.
Worst experience of my life. Stupidly bought a kebab from here and ended up being violently sick with an awful bad stomach. Paid absolutely sky high prices for this barely edible food. Not a newent local but beware to anyone else who dares to eat this food, you will pay the price!

Well, where do I start... the service is poor. Food and hygiene not great, the prices are out the roof.. (example: 5.50 for large chips) madness. It used to be a lovely takeaway. Not a big fan now.
